At Teachitright, we regularly run welcoming open sessions where you and your child can explore our learning environment, meet our expert tutors, and get a feel for what makes us one of the best 11+ tuition centres in the area.
We offer free 11+ assessments during these sessions to help you understand your child’s current level and how we can support their 11+ preparation. During your visit, you’ll be able to explore the materials we use in our 11+ courses, speak with our friendly team, and learn more about GL assessment preparation, 11+ mock exams, and our targeted support for grammar school entry.

We hold free trial classes and assessment days across our 11+ tuition centres in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, London and Surrey. We also run online webinars about the 11+ process, as well as independent school entrance exams and processes. What is an 11+ Open Session?
At our 11+ open sessions, our 11+ specialist will take you through the 11+ assessment process, and your child will have the option to take part in a free assessment. You’ll also get practical advice on:
- The full 11+ process, including how to register and which subjects are tested (English, Maths, Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning)
- How to prepare for the 11+ at home, with useful tips and ideas
- An overview of our Year 4 and Year 5 11+ courses, including our teaching approach and success rates
Please note the assessment results are for your own information only, Teachitright does not have a pass mark in order for children to be accepted on to our course. The results are to be used as guidance to understand where your child’s ability is currently and how to support your child at home.
