Books and materials
We are unable to offer a refund on books and materials ordered on the Teachitright website so please make sure you have chosen the correct book or resource when ordering.
We are unable to offer a refund on quizzes once the purchase has been made unless you are unable to gain access to these quizzes and Teachitright Ltd has been unable to fix the access issue within a suitable timeframe.
Mock exams and 3 day courses
Once a mock exam or 3-day course has been purchased we are unable to offer any refunds as spaces are limited with the exception of where the mock exam/course in question has been cancelled or details of the mock exam/course significantly change by Teachitright Ltd (e.g venue, time, date etc). Please ensure you are happy with the details of the event at the time of booking.
If you are unable to attend one of the Parent Workshops after reserving a place, please email email@example.com so we can allow another parent the opportunity to attend.
Delivery Costs, Timings and Queries
We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours, and we will send out any relevant material or resources second class via Royal Mail. A £1.50 charge will be added on at the checkout for items that require to be sent in the post. A confirmation email regarding mock exams and courses will be emailed to you with 48hours once the office has processed the order.
We are only able to deliver to UK mainland.
A confirmation email with access to the purchased online quiz/quizzes will be emailed to you within 24hours.
Please note we can only accept one parent workshop booking per location due to limited availability. If you would like your spouse or partner to attend they will also need to make the booking. Maxi,um number of bookings per family is two. (This will be reviewed at the time of completing the booking)
Bulk orders for Tuition Companies or Tutors

(b) We use an electronic register system that contains emergency contact details which can be accessed by colleagues for cases of emergency and for the proper performance of a contract between you and Teachitright.
(c) We will also collect data on assessments, mock exam results and final exam results in order to support a student’s learning and progress. This data may be used for statistical analysis but the identity of students will never be divulged.

The profile data may include but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, email address, gender, date of birth and educational details. The profile data may be processed for the purposes of enabling and monitoring your use of our website and services. retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:
