The information contained in this website is not comprehensive and, despite our efforts, it may not be accurate, up to date or applicable to the circumstances of any particular case. We do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions (to the extent permitted by any applicable law) in this website and any decisions you make based on information contained in this website are your sole responsibility. This site is aimed at those who access this website from the United Kingdom mainland. Those who access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

We may need to know your personal details including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address to provide you with information or to reply to your queries. If you order goods, we may also require your credit card details (depending on your method of payment). We will not collect any personal information about you without your consent. We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information you give us and we can confirm that we will not pass any personal information on to third parties.

While Teachitright Ltd makes reasonable attempts to exclude viruses, worms, Trojans and other malicious or destructive computer code from its website you are strongly recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before using this web site or downloading any information or content from it. Teachitright Ltd gives no assurance (whether express or implied), assumes no obligation and accepts no liability or responsibility in relation to such exclusion.

Refund Policy

Books and materials

We are unable to offer a refund on books and materials ordered on the Teachitright website so please make sure you have chosen the correct book or resource when ordering.

Quizzes

We are unable to offer a refund on quizzes once the purchase has been made unless you are unable to gain access to these quizzes and Teachitright Ltd has been unable to fix the access issue within a suitable timeframe.

Mock exams and 3 day courses

Once a mock exam or 3-day course has been purchased we are unable to offer any refunds as spaces are limited with the exception of where the mock exam/course in question has been cancelled or details of the mock exam/course significantly change by Teachitright Ltd (e.g venue, time, date etc). Please ensure you are happy with the details of the event at the time of booking.

Parent Workshops

If you are unable to attend one of the Parent Workshops after reserving a place, please email admin@teachitright.com so we can allow another parent the opportunity to attend.

Delivery Costs, Timings and Queries

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 48 hours, and we will send out any relevant material or resources second class via Royal Mail. A £1.50 charge will be added on at the checkout for items that require to be sent in the post. A confirmation email regarding mock exams and courses will be emailed to you with 48hours once the office has processed the order.

We are only able to deliver to UK mainland.

A confirmation email with access to the purchased online quiz/quizzes will be emailed to you within 24hours.

Please note we can only accept one parent workshop booking per location due to limited availability. If you would like your spouse or partner to attend they will also need to make the booking. Maxi,um number of bookings per family is two. (This will be reviewed at the time of completing the booking)

Bulk orders for Tuition Companies or Tutors

If you are looking to order a large number of books (10+) please contact admin@teachitright.com   where we can arrange suitable delivery options direct with yourself and a potential discount.
